Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following workwear items:
- Gloves (all types)
- Beanies/Hats
- Any items that show signs of wear or have been washed

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective workwear, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian/remote regions):
- You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and duties
- Refunds will be issued in USD
- Processing may take additional time for international transactions
