Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Our policy is designed to be simple and fair for hardworking professionals who depend on quality workwear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All types of Gloves
- Beanies/Hats
- Any items showing signs of wear or that have been washed
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return:

- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective workwear, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
